Kauri One Inc. was founded in 2017 as a software development company focused on blockchain technology and Web3 ecosystem. By 2022, the IT holding company had two subsidiaries — Kauri Core (blockchain developer), KAURI FINANCE (blockchain bank) and KAURI FUND (investment fund).

- No more than 5% of the fund's capital is invested in a single asset, and the risk per one trade does not exceed 0.5% of the capital. The fund manages amounts from USD 50,000 for a period of 3 months or more.
